PLANNING

WE SUPPLY YOUR DEPARTMENTS WITH ORDERS

Raw materials are often stored in different warehouse areas. Partial mixtures are picked asynchronously and then put in a mixer in a “collection trip”. Our MES system splits the orders in partial orders and transfers them to Android devices or touch panels in the individual picking areas. Thus, every department knows what their job is.

PICKING

PARALLEL OR SERIAL?

Often times, several batches of an order are worked on at the same time. Instead of dosing one batch after the other, we support the parallel processing of several orders. This minimises entries such as lot IDs for a raw material as it is dosed into different containers simultaneously. Additionally, the respective raw material only needs to be touched once. This increases efficiency and saves money.
