Traceability is particularly important for cleaning agents or cosmetics. Our AutomationX MES system supports the GMP standard. In this case, an electronic signature is mandatory when adding manual components. The control of automatic dosing systems and the resulting batch reports for traceability can also be validated. You decide which standard your production process needs to meet and we have the solution for you.

There are different system manufacturers for different processes. You are in the position to use the best of what they offer - our control system combines the best mechanical properties in a single software platform. Standardised operation makes it easier to operate the system, and in the event of a fault, which is usually visible in the control system, you have a contact person who is there for you around the clock.

Only very rarely are all raw materials put into a mixer automatically. The AutomationX software system supports both manually guided production and partially as well as fully automated systems. Especially in manual dosing, clearly laid out, multi-lingual operability is a must. Interfaces to mobile scales used to dose IBC raw materials into mixers, only make up one of its applications.

FILLING - TANK FARMS

THROUGHPUT IS IMPORTANT!

Finished products are usually stored in tanks and filled into bottles or plastic containers at a later stage. The AutomationX MES system receives filling orders, checks whether sufficient raw material is available and feeds filling systems and labellers with parameters. Our OEE module determines the system speed and detects deviations.
