24-HOUR AVAILABILITY

PRECISE. INNOVATIVE. RELIABLE.

Clearly laid out production lines, large production batches and maximally automated production dominate the requirements in this industry. Confectionery dough is often produced in continous as well batch processes; liquid and crystalline raw materials are mixed and fed into the production machines to refine the confectionery. Maximum value is placed on the consistency of these processes and their 100% traceability.

EVERYTHING STARTS WITH GOODS RECEIPT

Module to review goods receipt, feedback to ERP systems, batch-related storage and picking

Full tracking from raw material receipt is a must in this industry. A simple to use, clearly laid out goods receipt screen (user interface) with touch screen functionality makes adding quality and quantities child's play. Data relevant to the ERP system are fed back via the interface.
The goods can then be transported to warehouse areas or the point of use via the aXLager module or the ERP system. The goal is simple data storage!

  • ERP interface
  • Goods receipt inspection
  • Labelling
  • Storage
  • Provision of raw materials in daily stores
  • Goods movement tracking
  • Good replenishment requests
  • Storage strategies
  • Single bay/block storage/automated high-bay warehouse
  • Production storage

CONTROL AND MONITORING A MUST

Module to control the raw material dosing system

In our role as an independent control system manufacturer, we integrate silo, tank and weighing technology from various manufacturers into a uniform control, operation and monitoring concept. Our scope of supply ranges from control cabinets to wiring to the IT concept. An interface to the ERP system for the receipt of orders/master data and consumption feedback is included, of course.

  • ERP interface
  • Master data interface
  • Recipe interface
  • Consumption feedback
  • System control + monitoring
  • Batch management
  • Tracking
  • Control cabinets

PLANNING IS EVERYTHING

The correct sequencing of production orders is the daily challenge of a production planner. Production schedules are often created with the help of MS Excel.
Thus, their clarity and multi-user capability is limited. Our solution takes into account personnel, material and plant availability, stock levels, set-up times, etc. and uses algorithms tailored to your plant to calculate and evaluate suggestions for optimum production plans. The selection is clearly displayed and the work scheduler selects the plan. A cyclical target/actual comparison is carried out via feedback from production.

  • Production plan calculation (Advanced Process Planning APS)
  • Production plan analysis
  • Consideration of personnel, machines, stock levels, raw material availability
  • Minimum setup times
  • Pre-calculation of order completion
  • Target-actual comparison
  • Corrections possible at any time

WOULD YOU LIKE TO LOWER YOUR COSTS?

Module to evaluate production performance, operation and downtimes and the resulting production line efficiency

Particularly in line production, knowledge of operational interruptions and their causes as well as the reasons for rejects is a must in order to reduce costs and increase performance. Our aXOEE module features simple operation, tailored to the food production environment.

  • Linking of machines via standard interfaces
  • Recording of reasons for faults
  • Quantitative and qualitative recording of rejects
  • Determination of KPIs based on system, product and shift
  • Clearly laid out graphic display of KPIs

QUALITY IS TOP PRIORITY

Order-related quality assurance system for recording freely definable quality data

The dough is perfect, but what do the processing machines now make out of it? After tipping the dough onto the processing line, quality data is usually either automatically recorded or manually entered at quality stations. The production process can be traced at the push of a button. You will further stabilise the quality of your products.

  • Automated start of quality assurance in batch production
  • Allocation of inspection to order
  • Free configuration of inspection features and intervals
  • Comprehensive analyses
  • Inspection as per Pre-packaging Directive
