Task

Continuous process control and tracking from goods receipt to finished product are the focus of food producing companies. Centralised, simplified data storage with an interface to the ERP system as well as all production lines is the challenge that needs to be overcome to be able to transparently allow for meaningful insights about the production process.

Solution

AutomationX provides modules to map the processes of goods receipt, storage, production planning, dosing control, quality assurance, system controls and efficiency analysis. IT STARTS WITH INCOMING GOODS

Goods receipt calls for simple operation! Goods receipt orders are transferred to our aXLager module from the ERP system. A simple to use, clearly laid out goods receipt screen (user interface) with touch screen functionality makes adding quality and quantities child's play. Data relevant to the ERP system are fed back via the interface.
The goods can then be transported to warehouse areas or the point of use via the aXLager module or the ERP system. The goal is simple data storage!

PLANNING IS EVERYTHING

Module to plan production and manufacturing orders, recipe control and dosing system control

Would you like to do your planning for all lines from a central point or do you prefer creating orders at the line itself? The aXProd module allows for both. The interface is capable of receiving orders from the ERP system and allows for orders to be created manually as well. Automated feedback from the lines provides an up-to-date progress status. You always have the entire production process under control.
The recipe (on which planning is based) offers full flexibility. Repeating process steps, starting processes while taking into consideration various preconditions or replacing raw materials in various recipes are only a few of the module’s functions.
