XEA300

Universal telecontrol substation for distributed process control systems


XEA300 is a modular system which can be freely parameterised for the optimal solving of telecontrol and automation tasks. Its modular architecture and cascadability make XEA300 a flexible and universally usable system.

The XEA300 telecontrol system with its modular I/O level is configured for 19" mounting. All components (power supply, processor and communication units, I/O units) are configured as modules and linked via the system bus. With its Profibus interface, the system supports the connecting of external systems and field bus units.


This system distinguishes itself by its flexibility and modularity up to the decentralisation of I/O units. PLC5, the PLC function implemented in the system, also makes it possible to implement automation functions as well as telecontrol functions. All functions are implemented according to the principles of a DCS (Distributed Control System).
