aXproduction

aXproduction is a scalable Manufacturing Execution System (MES) based on the ANSI/ISA S95 standard. It offers comprehensive process modelling with simple integration of manual and automatic activities.



The process planning combines the control levels with the ERP system and provides for detailed planning and detailed production specifications. All the parameters and the quality and batch data are stored in a database during process execution. They form the basis for comprehensive process tracking, the aXproduction report. Besides control of the production flow, analyses of break down management and the performance data such as VDI 3423 and OEE are integral parts of aXproduction. The field of application extends from continuous processes (piece goods) up to batch-oriented manufacturing.
