Achieving high throughput with a high level of dosing accuracy under harsh conditions - these are the challenges faced in this industry. Our experience with the implementation of projects in the dry mortar and patent plaster industry as well as in the building chemistry and dyestuffs industry has allowed us to incorporate these requirements into our solutions.

The deployment of employees which is sometimes subject to seasonal influences makes it necessary to provide the simplest user interfaces. Manual processes, such as the addition of the smallest quantities of coloured pigments and additives are supported by the system such that the correct additions are ensured. The most varied order sizes from a tub of paint to a lorry load are accepted by the ERP (enterprise resource planning) system and combined in aXproduction such that on-time delivery is guaranteed. Our solution is also in use as a stand-alone system in many applications. In this case the orders are generated in AutomationX's production management system aXproduction, mixed in axbatch and executed in the automationX automation system.
